While working with a child client to resolves emotional or relationship conflict Rubina Anis uses Adlerian play therapy and family therapy.
She is also trained in CBT(Cognitive behavior therapy), Rogerian person centered therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy, applied behavior analysis and grief counseling.
